For Customers
Download the Ustad app, sign up with your phone number, browse service categories or search for ustads near you, select a professional, pick a date and time, and confirm your booking.
You can pay via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash after the job is completed. Payment is processed within the app after you review the work.
Yes, you can cancel a booking before the ustad arrives. Cancellation policies may vary depending on how far along the job is. Check the app for details on your specific booking.
Once an ustad accepts your job, you can track their location in real time on a map. You'll receive status updates as they head your way, arrive, and begin work.
The Work OTP is a 4-digit code displayed in your app. Share it with the ustad when they arrive to confirm that work has officially started. This protects both you and the professional.
For Ustads (Partners)
Download the app, sign up as a service provider, and complete the 4-step onboarding: identity verification, skills selection, pricing and schedule setup, and final review. Once approved, you can start receiving job requests.
Earnings from completed jobs are added to your in-app balance. You can withdraw to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank account at any time from the Earnings section.
During onboarding, you'll need to verify your identity and upload relevant documents. Requirements may vary by service category and country. The app will guide you through exactly what's needed.
Yes. During onboarding and in your settings, you can set hourly rates or inspection-based pricing for your services. You control your rates and can update them anytime.

Ustad is launching Pakistan-first with plans to expand across supported countries including India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and the US. Service availability depends on ustads in your area.
Yes, Ustad is free to download for both customers and service providers. You only pay for the services you book as a customer, or platform fees as outlined in your partner agreement.
