• Job Information: Booking details, service descriptions, photos, chat messages, and voice recordings related to jobs.
• Payment Information: Transaction records for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, cash, and subscription payments. We do not store full payment card details.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app usage data for performance and security.

• Other Users: Customers and service providers share relevant profile and job information with each other during active bookings.
• Service Providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Paddle (subscription billing), Resend (email delivery), and payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including phone-based OTP authentication, work OTP verification, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Job history, transaction records, and reviews may be retained for legal and business purposes after account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
